Chief Executive Officer
Colleen is responsible for leading the FSM team and with developing the strategy of the organisation with the board.
Colleen has a background as a Registered Nurse.
She is no longer practicing.
Leainne Nathan
Service Delivery Manager
Leainne oversees the Family Start programme and ensuring its effectiveness.
Leainne brings 16 years’ experience as a social worker with Child Youth and Family (now Oranga Tamariki), focused on facilitating change for vulnerable and at-risk families.
Mary Chapman
HR Advisor
Mary is responsible for recruitment, training and retention of staff. She also manages payroll, HR systems and health and safety issues.
Mary holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management (HR Management) from Auckland University.
Chamath Ekanayake
Business Support Administrator
Chamath is responsible for business administration at FSM and developing partnerships.
He has a background in financial analysis, business and marketing, and holds an MBA from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
