Queso Dip with Corn Chips

250g light cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cans baked beans (420g)
2 tablespoon Moroccan seasoning
6 dashes tabasco sauce
3 spring onions, finely sliced optional
Salt and pepper
1 cup (120g) grated cheese
Corn chips, to serve


Preheat oven to 200°C. Place cream cheese, one can baked beans, seasoning and Tabasco in a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth. Stir through remaining can of baked beans and spring onion (optional). Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Pour bean mixture into a small ovenproof dish. Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes, or until top is golden. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Serve with corn chips.
