Easy ginger crunch fridge cake

A quick and delicious treat for your kids to make

This great no-bake recipe is so simple your older children can do it with minimal supervision.

Ingredients

2tbsp golden syrup

60g dried rasins

125g margarine

8 plain biscuits

1 packet Ginger biscuits

700g white chocolate

Method

Line a 20cm brownie tin with baking paper. Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin. In a separate dish, melt, butter, golden syrup and 500g of white chocolate in microwave. Add the crushed biscuits to melted mixture, and then stir in the raisins. When mixed pour into tin and smooth over. Leave it to cool, and then melt the rest of the chocolate and pour on top. Pop it in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours, and then enjoy with a nice cup of tea!

Tip: Got some nuts in the cupboard? Stir a handful into the mix, they add a lovely crunch!
