½ cup of milk

Place frozen peas in a bowl of warm/hot water for 5 minutes to thaw. Once warm, drain and set aside. Drain liquid from the can of corn. Heat a medium frying pan on medium, add cooking oil. Using a ¼ cup to measure, cook corn mixture for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the fritters are golden and cooked through. Serve with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce (optional). Fritters can be frozen, and are great cold the next day as well.
