Edge Of Care

Edge of Care is a collaboration between Family Success Matters and Oranga Tamariki, to support families on a trajectory to the Family Group Conference process.

The goal of Edge of Care is to work with families experiencing complex issues to identify strengths and create goals that are realistic and achievable, to ensure children remain safe and secure.

This type of referral is only available to workers from Oranga Tamariki - if you are looking for our Family Start referral form, you can find it here.
