Colleen Fakalogotoa   Chief Executive Officer  Colleen is responsible for leading the FSM team and developing the strategy of the organisation.  Colleen has a background working as a Nurse having worked for different organisations. While she is no longer practising, she continues to maintain her registration.

  Leainne Nathan   Service Delivery Manager  As Service Delivery Manager for FSM, Leainne is responsible for overseeing the Family Start programme and ensuring it is effective.  Leainne brings extensive social work experience to her role having spent 16 years with CYF (currently Oranga Tamariki) focused on facilitating change for vulnerable and at-risk families.

  Marsh Herewini   Kaumatua  Marsh has been working in the community sector since the late 90s, when he became a residential caregiver for IDEA Services in South Auckland.  Marsh is the Deputy Chair of the Mangere Maori Warden Group. Working with a group of kaumatua and kuia who are mana whenua for the area, Marsh regularly liaises with gangs.  Marsh works with seven marae in the region, with the aim of drawing people from all cultures, religions and countries together to share the taonga we have in New Zealand.

  Mary Chapman   HR Advisor  Mary is responsible for recruitment, training and retention of staff. She also manages payroll, HR systems and health and safety issues for FSM.  Mary holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management (HR Management) from Auckland University.

  Robyn Rummins   Services Evaluator  Robyn is responsible for evaluating FSM programmes, to ensure we deliver the best quality service to our clients.  Robyn has been involved in many different aspects of social services from programme development and managment to training, coaching and mentoring.
