Family Start Manukau is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation focused on providing the Family Start programme. The trust was formed by Te Kupenga o Hoturoa (Primary Health Organisation) PHO, TaPasefika PHO and the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society (Plunket).
