Children's Team
The Children’s Team aims to support whānau to create a safer, loving and more supportive environment. We want our families to enjoy the time they spend with each other.
This holistic approach offers families access to resources like baby boxes, school start, a Kaumatua, and programmes such as Incredible Years and Fathers For Families.
The Children’s Team lead professional will coordinate all the services for the whānau they work with. They have a close relationship with a number of different agencies, and work with families who have been referred and have children under the age of 16.
Although you cannot self-refer to the Children’s Team, your family wellbeing navigator can refer you if they think it is right for you.
